Procedure

We follow a tried and tested procedure from the moment we receive your quotation request.

As soon as we receive your request, we select the most suitable translator for the project. In doing so, we pay special attention to issues such as the size of the project, delivery time, style and the specific field of expertise involved.

We wish to ensure, both now and during the latter stages, that all these essential aspects of the order processing receive proper attention. We also discuss every order at set points during the process.

All the translated documents are checked thoroughly by a second translator, whose native language is the language in which the original document was supplied, the source language. During this check, the translation undergoes a detailed examination for content, grammar and style.

If the document is translated into more than one target language, the translations are compared and, if necessary, aligned. A translated document is only delivered to the client after any difficulties have been resolved, if necessary in consultation with the client, and strict standards of quality have been met. And all this within the agreed delivery time!
